First-Time Login

Follow these instructions to access your account and start using PayEm!

This guide will help you log in to PayEm for the first time, whether you're using a standard login method or Single Sign-On (SSO).

If you encounter any issues during your first login or need assistance, we've provided troubleshooting steps and support contact information to help you resolve them quickly. Let's get started!

First-Time Login (Standard Login)

1️⃣ Access Your Invitation

  • Open the invitation email sent by PayEm.

  • Click Get Started to begin setup.

If Your Invitation Email Is Missing or Expired

  • Didn’t receive the invitation?
    It may not have been sent yet, or your PayEm account hasn’t been added. Contact your company’s PayEm Admin to resend the invitation.​

  • Invitation expired?
    If the link no longer works, ask your company’s PayEm Admin for a new one

2️⃣ Set Your Password

  • Create your password and check the boxes to accept PayEm’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • Click Submit to continue.

3️⃣ Verify Your Phone Number

  • Verify your phone number, then enter the verification code sent via SMS.

  • Click Verify Code.

4️⃣ Set Up Your Authenticator App

  1. Open your mobile device and launch your authenticator app.

    • If you don’t have one installed, download an app such as:

  2. Use the app to scan the QR code shown on your screen.

  3. Enter the code generated by the app and click Verify Code.

That’s It! You’re now logged in - welcome to PayEm!

Important: Using Your Authenticator App

  • You’ll use your authenticator app to verify your identity for future logins.

  • Once verified, you won’t need to enter a new verification code again for the next 24 hours on the same device.


What to Do If You Can't Log In


First-Time Login (Single Sign-On)

If your company has enabled SSO (Single Sign-On), follow these steps:

1️⃣ Access PayEm's login screen using the invitation sent to your email. Click on the “Get Started” button to sign up.

What to Do if Your Invitation Email is Missing or Expired

No Invitation Email:

  • Admin Users: Contact PayEm Support at support@payemcard.com

  • Accountant/Employee Users: If you haven't received an invitation, it might not have been sent, or you weren’t added to PayEm. Contact your company’s PayEm admin to resend it.

Expired Invitation:

  • Admin Users: Contact PayEm Support at support@payemcard.com

  • Accountant/Employee Users: If your invitation link has expired, ask your company’s PayEm admin to resend it

2️⃣ Set your password and check the boxes to accept PayEm's terms and privacy policy.

3️⃣ Click Submit

4️⃣ Click 'Log in with SSO' - no need to enter your password on this screen again.

  • For future logins, simply select Log in with SSO, and you'll be connected without needing to enter your password.
