👋 Welcome to Payem!

We're excited to welcome you on board! As an essential first step in the PayEm onboarding process, we're excited to guide you through the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. This standard process is designed to pave the way for your seamless access to the PayEm Platform and PayEm Cards.

😃 What to Expect

  • Email Invitation: You'll receive an email with a registration form link

  • Controlling Officer Authorization: The Controlling Officer/Signatory signs the KYC document sent via DocuSign

  • Review and Approval: Your company will be approved for further processing if all requirements are met.

    • The review process takes 1-3 business days

    • Additional information or documents may be requested during this time

    • Accuracy and completeness of the submitted information are crucial to avoid delay

  • Welcome to PayEm: Once your company is approved, you’ll receive an email from us with your next steps.

  • Log Into Your Account: Access your PayEm account

  • Fund Your Account: Essential for Using Your PayEm Cards

    • To issue PayEm cards, it’s mandatory to top up your account.

    • We recommend the Auto ACH feature for automatic and effortless funding. Check out this article for full instructions.

    • Keep in mind it can take up to ±4 business days for the deposit to show up. Once the funds are received in PayEm, you’ll be all set to issue and start using your cards!

🤓 Before You Begin

Please be aware that once initiated, the KYC form requires completion and submission in a single session. We recommend collecting the information and documents before starting the form.

👉 Gather Information and Identify KYC Stakeholders:

  • Gather the relevant information and supporting documentation ahead of time. Information and documentation requirements can be found here.

  • Identify the appropriate stakeholders for the process. Determine who should fill out the form, who should sign it, and whether any additional stakeholders' details are required to complete it. Further information on this can be found here.

👉 Review these Technical Form Completion Guidelines:

  • It's best to use a computer rather than a mobile device

  • The form can only be filled out in English

  • Once you begin filling out the form, finish and submit it in one go. You can't save and progress later.

  • Start the form but need a break? You have ± 4 hours from when you left it to return

  • Made a mistake? No problem! Just let our support@payemcard.com know, and we'll help you fix it

  • Make sure the document files are scanned clearly and don't exceed 30 MB in size
